My Inspiration
I am endlessly inspired by symbols of nature: koi fish, water, butterflies, sunrises, eyes, reflections, and the harmony of colors in motion. Abstraction, transparency, and light weave through my work as recurring themes of transformation, sovereignty, and abundance.
Living by the ocean in Oceanside, California, my work is deeply influenced by the beauty and chaos of the sea. Just as the waves rise and crash, my paintings explore both the turbulence and the harmony within life’s unfolding.
My Life
When I’m not in the studio, I love exploring the world around me—whether that’s walking my dog Wilmer, finding new local restaurants, traveling, or spending time in nature. I believe that stepping outside of my comfort zone—whether it’s trying new things, exploring movement through Pilates and yoga, or dreaming of my next adventure like surfing—fuels the courage and freedom that also show up in my art.
